To position Hitachi Energy as reputable and reliable engineering company among its clients and increase sales and market share through leading the growth plan initiative,Your responsibilities* Lead the Growth Plan initiative 2020 - 2027 for UAE.* Identify areas of growth based on analyzing different segments and channels to market, * Coordinate with Market managers, sales team and management to set up an action plan to achieve growth targets and increase market share.* Work closely with the market managers and account managers to complete prequalification of products required to achieve the growth. * Regular follow ups with the sales team and actions owners to ensure implementing the growth action plan. * Monthly reporting to management about the status of the growth plan and actions. * Update the growth plan when required based on the market dynamics and changes.* Ensure data quality in SFDC and ensure growth plan is reflected in SFDC. * Actively participate in the GTS (Global Target Setting) and algin the figures with the growth plan. * Market outlook and Macroeconomics update, report the same in the country monthly review* Monthly reporting for the estimates and forecast after coordinating with the market managers and sales team.* Actively support in the marketing events. Coordinate with communications, facilities and management to ensure successful participation in the different events. * Support market managers in performing competitor analysis toward obtaining an increased market share.* Lives core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.Your background* Bachelor?s in engineering.* 2 to 5 years? experience in market development.* Ability to conduct research and analyze data Well networked.* Strong Computer Skills and Extensive knowledge of MS Office, MS project.* Good in Networking, Flexibility and team building capabilities.* High degree of initiative, proactiveness and solution-oriented work style.* Languages: English, Arabic Hitachi Energy is a global technology leader that is advancing a sustainable energy future for all.
