Overview of the role:The primary focus of the role will be to carry out dealership service on customer vehicles as per company standards and ensure optimum quality with increased productivity and technical efficiency, thereby individually contributing to generate workshop revenue.ÿWhat you will do:?ÿDay to day Service & Maintenance activities of Marine engines inside the branch workshop and the field?ÿCorrectly diagnose and repair faults?ÿPrepare quotations as accurate as possible at the time of estimation?Write Clear Field Service Reports after completion of each job and obtain customer approval/paymentÿ?ÿResponsible for the highest levels of work quality and customer satisfaction?ÿAbility to conduct duties in a workshop environment or independently travel to worksites in various locations?ÿWork closely with the Aftersales Supervisor/Team Leader to ensure that jobs are completed within stipulated manufacturers or local standard times?ÿTimely and accurate machine fault diagnosis and high level of ?first-time fix?ÿShould be able to understand and interpret maintenance and repair manuals, schematic drawings, electrical circuits etc..?ÿRecommend preventive maintenance and repair solutions to reduce risk of breakdown?ÿAware of the hazards and the risks associated with their work activities?ÿUse and maintain appropriate Personal Protective Equipment suppliedÿ?ÿEnsure quality of job to avoid errors/rework and take actions to resolve customer concerns to improve customer engagement.?ÿComply with company Quality, Health, Safety & Environment guidelines and Standard Operating Procedures and report all incidents to the supervisorÿ?ÿParticipate in Toolbox Talk meetings and undertake safety awareness trainings as provided by the company
