Here, you will make an impact by: * Leading and delivering Lean Six Sigma projects to optimize process stability, reduce waste, improve quality and reduce overall cost of manufacturing processes. * Implements key improvements which align to Aycliffe Site critical few; ?Safety, Quality and OEE? * Supports product and process maintenance to ensure release and regulatory compliance. * Supports assigned production area(s) and site through daily involvement with 3M Tier system; utilizing 3M network to deliver improvements, whilst maintaining supply for our customers. * Identifies and implements new technologies to support growth, quality improvement and cost reductionYour Skills and ExpertiseTo set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications: * Educated to degree level in an engineering discipline * Experience of working within a fast-paced Manufacturing Environment to meet KPI?s * Knowledge and experience of manufacturing continuous improvement methodologies and tools such as Lean, Six Sigma, TPM. * Motivated, self-starter, with good initiative and can-do attitude who is self led to identify opportunities and deliver results. * The ability to communicate effectively to all levels of the organisation, and to be part of and facilitate cross-functional teams.
