Assist shift leader in leading the entry level operators and experience operators at the designated or assigned working area or the shift on daily operations activities or tasks in achieving the expected results such as manpower planning, WIP control and etc.
Perform variety of routine tasks in fabrication work of the membrane element in a cell based manufacturing environment.
Perform automate gas tested system, pressure test, patching of the elements to meet define specifications and meeting the quality standard.
Perform daily checking and update shift leads the status of machine & tools, manpower, material or inventory, safety, quality issue at respective or designated area.
Meeting production target sets and products are produced at the right quality level.
Assist shift lead in daily update shift tracker on the Tier 1 and 3 Accountability Meeting Board and electronic file deliverable to shift lead/supervisor about the shift operation.
Interact and work closely with quality and process engineers to ensure product confirms to specification and UPH rate are maintained and improved.
Give training and guidance to new operators and entry level technician on the process at shop floor.
Periodically update supervisor/training administrator on the job skills and competencies progress of all operator or technician.
Daily update inventories and material tracking format and ensuring all are accurate in production floor through proper control and SAP system.
Perform minor troubleshooting and resolving quality, process and machine related issue with supporting documents of Quick Rapid Problem Solving.
Carry out and ensure the manufacturing activities are performed in a safe manner and compliance with all Honeywell HSE and safety requirements all the time.
Submit monthly Kaizen and weekly Behavior Observation Process at workplace.
Update Safety and BOP metric at tier 1 and 3 accountability Meeting Board
