Academic Qualification
Bachelor?s or master?s or PHD in the field of human resources management or business management or any similar field.
Candidates having specialized degree in human resources management are preferred such as CIPD or SPHR.
Years of Experience
Bachelor?s degree: 15 years of experience in the field of human resources management or any similar field.
Master?s degree: 12 years of experience in the field of human resources management or any similar field.
Doctorate Degree: 10 years of experience in the field of human resources management or any similar field
Skills
Advanced Proficiency in using Microsoft Office programs and features. Proficiency in using HR programs such as the systems affiliated with oracle, High Proficiency in communication and statistical reports preparations.
High Profiency in preparing studies and detailed research.
