Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Manicurist/Pedicurist to join our team at our prestigious gents salon located in Jumeirah Center, Dubai. The ideal candidate should have a passion for delivering high-quality grooming services and possess excellent customer service skills. Preference will be given to candidates who already have an established client base that can be brought along.Responsibilities:

  1. Perform manicure and pedicure services to the highest standards, ensuring client satisfaction.
  2. Provide nail care treatments, including shaping, trimming, and polishing nails.
  3. Offer advice on proper nail care and recommend appropriate products.
  4. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the salon at all times.
  5. Engage with clients in a professional and friendly manner, ensuring their comfort throughout the service.
  6. Keep abreast of the latest trends and techniques in nail care and incorporate them into service offerings.
  7. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  8. Handle client inquiries, appointments, and payments efficiently and accurately.
  9. Assist in promoting salon services and products to attract new clients.
  10. Collaborate with other team members to provide a seamless and enjoyable salon experience for clients.
Requirements:
  1. Proven experience as a manicurist/pedicurist in a salon environment, with a demonstrated ability to perform high-quality services.
  2. Valid certification or license in nail care services.
  3. Strong knowledge of nail care techniques, products, and trends.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards.
  7. Professional appearance and demeanor.
  8. Existing client base preferred, with the ability to bring along clients to the salon.
  9. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
