They specialize in structural fabrication and construction, with a strong presence in the region. Our client is looking for a˙Manager for the Steel Structural Design Engineering team, with a primary focus on facade design, structural fabrication, and construction. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional capable of leading a team, managing projects, and ensuring the highest standards of design and construction quality.- Fac?ade Design: Lead the design team in conceptualizing, developing, and detailing facade systems for various types of buildings and structures.- Structural Fabrication: Oversee the fabrication process, including material selection, detailing, and coordination with fabrication vendors to ensure compliance with design specifications and quality standards.-˙Construction Management: Coordinate closely with construction teams to ensure seamless integration of structural elements into the building process. Provide technical guidance and support during construction to address any design-related issues.-˙Team Leadership: Manage a team of structural design engineers, providing mentorship, guidance, and technical support. Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment to enhance team productivity and efficiency.-˙Project Management: Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints while maintaining high-quality standards. Coordinate with stakeholders, including architects, contractors, and clients, to ensure project objectives are met.-˙Quality Assurance: Implement and enforce quality control procedures throughout the design and construction phases to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.-˙Technical Expertise: Stay updated with the latest developments in structural engineering, facade design, and construction techniques.
