The Organization:This privately owned investment company offers products and services over multiple sectors, like construction, manufacturing, retail, real estate management, facility management and interior design.Currently they have operations in Kuwait, Qatar, UAE, UK and France, through 11 subsidiary companies.Duties & Responsibilities:For their company in Dubai (UAE) that specializes in manufacturing, assembly, renting and mainly sales of mobile room solutions in container form, they are hiring a new Managing Director to lead their business expansion across GCC region.Main aim:? Rapid expansion of sales across GCC region, through either direct sales or network of distributors;? Improve efficiency in local production and assembly of containers;? Monitor costs and take full responsibility of P&L;? Lead and motivate Dubai departments and team.Main responsibilities:? Implement operational strategies as per the company?s Strategic Business Plans;? Monitor and control the company?s performance and finances in accordance with the budgets approved by the Board of Directors;? To ensure that all staff are effectively employed and adequately trained to perform their responsibilities and operational tasks in an ethical and responsible manner;? To ensure that the products produced and sold to clients are of high quality in accordance with the company?s quality policies;? To ensure that the company meets all its legal requirements, including those relating to Occupational Health and Safety;? Overall responsibility for material/product selection and timely purchasing and utilization;? Acquisition, maintenance and efficient utilization of the company?s physical assets.
