Key Objectives: Inspect & monitor quality of product installations. Assist in testing, commissioning and handing over of projects. Assist troubleshooting through onsite technical support. Support BMS, 3rd party control integration.?Position Responsibilities:????????Ensure manufacturer?s recommendations are followed during product delivery, storage and installation????????Monitor installation progress in major projects, identify and report snags to stake holders.????????Witness and / or perform testing and commissioning of air-conditioners.????????Support subsidiaries, distributors and dealers to resolve technical issues related to product installation and control integration????????Support BMS and 3rd party control integrations.????????Ensure customer satisfaction through timely support to generate repeated business.????????Carryout post handing over product trainings to facility management & maintenance team.????????Collect & report VOCs generated from site visits.????????Prepare / modify installation guidelines based on best practices and site installation practices.????????Prepare & submit reports as per management requirement.?
