-Manage and monitor the day to day operational activities of the franchise outlets.-Visit each outlet at least once a week to ensure the smooth operation of the outlets and -ensure the franchisee compliance with client set standards and procedures.-Monitor the daily sales performance of each outlet to ensure the set sales targets are achieved-Monitor the outlets KPI?s and liaise with the concerned client sections such as sales operations, CIT helpdesk, Admin, ? etc. to promptly clear system related issues, stock issues,?etc. reported by the franchisee sales team.-Facilitate the job of franchise management back office team to complete their duties smoothly and efficiently by ensuring the timely delivery and pick up of customer application forms, generating daily system reports for verification and cross checking-Assist in the preparation works for the roll out of new franchise as required.-Maintains excellent knowledge level related to client products & services, their benefits and respective processes.-Submit all necessary reports to Management on outlets Sales & operations Performance-Attend to other duties as per superiors requests.
