Manager/Senior Manager Marketing partnershipsJob Location : DubaiJob role & Responsibilities:?Identify and onboard new Brand Partners across various partnership areas such as Brands,?Tourism Authorities, Tourism offices, Banks, Financial institutions etc in the UAE and GCC countries?Develop Strategic long term tie-ups with certain key brands in the region bringing real-dollar contributions to marketing programs.?Establish a systematic process for partner outreach and relationship management.?Build and develop commercial and strategic relationships with our key targeted partners.?Work with other teams internal to the organization to ensure that Alliance and Partnership goals are synchronized with organizational goals.?Negotiate and finalize deals with partners and alliances that benefit the company?Conduct competitor analysis in the GCC countries for measuring company?s market share growth?Key areas of responsibility include Strategic Alliances, Key Account Management, Relationship?Management & People Management.?Responsible for Sales targets from Partnerships?Identify relevant industry events and conferences across UAE and GCC to represent Easemytrip as delegate or exhibitor.?Continuously optimize the ROI from the promotional programs with the Partners.Desired Skills & Experience:?6-7 years of Partnerships experience, account management in the UAE & GCC region.?Good understanding of partnership ecosystem in the region across Banks and Brands, working in ecommerce, technology startup companies?Preferably experience in the Travel and Tourism sector with working relationships with Tourism boards.?Strong communication and presentation skills?Experience in developing and leading strategic partnerships?Strong sense of technology trends?Graduate or Post Graduate in a Sales/ Marketing or business preferred
