We are immediately hiring experienced School Operations Managers to manage efficiently & effectively the school day to day operations by administering and operating school facility management, health & safety, security & general maintenance, transportation, general administration, event mangements, procurement, , fulfilling compliance requirements of KHDA, Dubai Muncipality, Civil Defence, DHA etc in a timely and most responsible manner.MSO is entrusted with the responsibility to implement and manage standard operating procedures and to ensure that the school function smoothly on a day to day basis. Provide strategic support to the School Principal through formulating and leading on specific aspects of the School improvement plan. Development, maintenance and cleanliness of the School building and grounds, ensuring that the site and facilities are available for School use at all times. The MSO is expected to exceed internal & external customer satisfaction.The incumbent must have proficiency in the following areas:

  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to remain calm and solutions-oriented in high-stress situations.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and comfortably with ambiguity
  • Strong organization skills and meticulous attention to detail
  • Business Development skills
  • Team building& problem-solving skills
Desired Qualifications:An ideal candidate should have a bachelor?s degree in Business Management or equivalent with NEBOSH/IOSH/OHSAS certification. 5+ years of progressively responsible experience out of which 2+ years for a major educational group or school. Should have outstanding software knowledge of computerized electronic spreadsheets.
