Job˙DescriptionOur client:˙A well-established and respected organization in the food sector is looking for a Quality Assurance Manager based in Sharjah.Your role:˙Responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing a food safety management system, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards. Stay updated on local, national, and international food safety regulations, and establish comprehensive policies and procedures. Enforce rigorous standards for raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods. Conduct internal audits, coordinate external audits, and manage customer complaints, implementing corrective actions. Provide staff training on food safety standards and identify opportunities for process improvement. Maintain accurate records, communicate with regulatory agencies and suppliers, and oversee day-to-day operations of the Microbiology laboratory coordinating with internal teams, and overseeing the purchasing team.
