Job Description

Our client is a semi-government entity based in Dubai and they are looking to hire two Product Development Managers to join their team for these newly created roles. This role will be responsible for the development of my client?s product offering (Futures, ETFs, Digital Assets etc.), ensuring these are commercially viable and sustainable to support the Business Development Team in attracting listings. You must have experience and an excellent understanding in launching ETFs and digital assets. The organisation offers great benefits.?Description:?

  • Responsible for the research, creation, testing, development and launch of multi asset products that meet the needs of the conventional and Shariah financial market including Futures, ETFs, Digital Assets
  • Position my client to become the centre of excellence in the region for conventional and Shariah product development
  • Responsible for ensuring that current products offered by the Exchange are in line with market participant requirements
  • Responsible for ensuring existing products remain attractive to the market, generating liquidity and trader activity
  • Develop marketing and promotion strategy for existing and new client products
  • Oversee the implementation of strategy
  • Participate in arranging and attending roadshows and attending external business meetings
  • Work closely with internal Business Development, Operations, Legal and Compliance Team on identifying commercial opportunities, and identifying and creating new products
  • Provide training to end user groups and associated stakeholders where necessary
  • Own the process of product reviews to make enhancements /modifications in line with market/user requirements
  • Create applicable policies and procedures related to new and existing product development and launch
