Theyre very enthusiastic about people coming from the optical background with strong commercial skill.Client DetailsWe are partnered with one of the largest luxury retail companies in the region having 100+ prestigious international brands.Description- Reporting to the Head of Optical Business- With the Optical Head, devise product offers and incentives to drive growth in the category- Contact lenses and ophthalmic equipment management- All optical process formulation and adherence, and Customer Complaint Resolution Process ( CRF )- Strategic Brand Management: Stock , sales , assessment , new product launches and managementProfile- Optical/Eyewear industry experience in the GCC- Post Graduate/ Masters in Business Management or related areas- Experience in product life cycle management and sales at the core- Should have prior experience in Principal management & negotiationsJob OfferSalary package will be discussed with the successful candidate + medical insurance + annual air ticket + bonus + group life insurance
