Job Description

Currently live in Dubai under the age of 40.Responsible for day-to-day management of multiple properties to ensure efficient and uninterrupted business operation. Create comfortable conditions for tenants.

  1. Interact with tenants
  2. Identify and inform management about the existing shortcomings, comments of tenants, take the necessary measures (within the limits of their competence) to eliminate them.
  3. Collection of rent and maintenance of financial records
  4. Daily management reporting
  5. Selection of maintenance personnel
  6. Organize timely and effective work of subordinate personnel (business service), direct their activities to ensure high quality of work.
  7. Working with suppliers.
