Job Description

Our client is a semi-government entity based in Dubai and they are looking to hire two Listing Managers to join their team for these newly created roles. This role will require you to work closely with the Head of Business Development in promoting my client and its value proposition as the Exchange of choice to list on for MENASA issuers (Middle East, North Africa, and South Asia) and securing new equity listings. You will also be responsible for new and existing relationships with Issuers across all markets. You must have experience in pre/post IPO processes.   • Responsible for promoting my client and its value proposition as the exchange of choice to list on for MENASA (Middle East, North Africa, and South Asia). To target and pitch for potential equity listings, by building and maintaining quality relationships with senior representatives of potential issuers and advisors
  • Build and maintain relationships with key advisors (legal and financial) to promote my client as an equity listing environment and ensure competitiveness as an equity listing environment
  • Responsible for, alongside the Head of Business Development, the entire equity listing process from the initial meeting to actual listing date. This will include coordinating externally with the regulators, issuer firms, banks, and law firms and internally with the Legal and Compliance, Market Operations, and Marketing functions.
  • Work closely with the Head of Business Development and Business Development Team in identifying opportunities related to Business Development including investigating avenues for exchange growth for equity and debt, product development, and senior management projects and presentations
  • Review and streamline equity listing process
