It could be your task to find, develop and retain the people who go beyond exceptional every day.What youll deliverYoull be responsible for conducting in-depth business performance gap analyses following Dubai Airports learning standards to identify the business outcomes and the specific knowledge and skills gaps that impact employees performance at the workplace and provide the context for the design of the solution.Youll plan, record, track and manage learning solutions (new courses and re-design work) end-to-end in line with Learning project management standards (ADDIE cycle)Youll develop the High-Level design (learners journey) that outlines everything that is going to happen prior, during and after the learning event. You will also be responsible to design the learning Value Chain Planner; the blueprint for the development of the learning solution based on the information acquired during the needs analysisYoull design engaging learning interventions, activities and compelling course content that enhances retention and transfer of knowledge, behavior and application following best practicesIn summary, you will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the design supports the operational needs of their roles.What you bringYou should be educated to a degree level or a field relevant to learning and training from an accredited University with a minimum of 6 years of experience in facilitation and evaluation in a blue-chip organization, preferably in a multi-cultural environmentYoull have minimum 2 years of professional experience in learning solutions project management (ADDIE)Youll have previous experience in analyzing needs, designing, and evaluating leadership/management courses Arabic language is desirable.
