Manager - IT DigitalJob Location : UAEResponsibilities :•Micro-manage the roadmap and backlog for all digital products, ensuring that IT delivers capabilities on time and per expectation.•Micro-manage requirements discovery, solution design, user story writing, feature development, and user acceptance testing.•Partner with Departments/ Business Units to micro-specify key capabilities needed.•Partner regularly with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on feature development and prioritization.•Monitor and evaluate product performance to facilitate continuous iteration and improvement.•Understanding of (middleware, ETL, API etc.), Content Management Systems (Drupal) and Customer Relation Management (Salesforce).Required skills and qualifications :•Minimum 8-10 years of experience in digital product management or similar role.•Confident decision maker - make straightforward decisions and know when to seek backup.•Strong analytical, prioritization, and negotiating skills.•Experience in usability and customer-focused design.•Passion for building great products to solve customer and business problems.•Minimum of Bachelors degree in business, computer science, information systems, or related field.
