The Manager- Investments will be responsible for overseeing the investment requirements from a financial perspective for District 2020.? Responsibilities include preparing financial models and reports, supporting strategy and sales team in optimizing cash flow.The main responsibilities for this role include:- Verifying investment proposals and ensuring compliance with companys investment strategies as to asset classes, region, sector guidelines, IRR and payback period;?- Maintain and update the financial model with the latest costs, revenue assumptions and input;- Prepare various models to vet commercial decisions and prepare presentation for investors on the output of those models. This will include coordinating with the relevant departments and team members to collect required information;- Support the sales team in preparing sales presentation and achieving targets as per financial model and plan;?- Keep up to date with critical market developments and prices. This will include managing consultants on an ongoing basis that will feed into real estate assumptions;?- Analyze financial performance related data and develop insights to support decision making;?- Prepare detailed charts, tables, and spreadsheets as needed in support of a variety of financial analysis and special projects.
