KEY RESULTS ACCOUNTABILITIES# Programs and Projects: successful implementation and administration of quality control of projects andsystems as per the stated guidelines and requirement of standards of RTA# Amending the quality controls / assessment for systems and projects to ensure that the requirements of thequality controls are effectively implemented and maintained at all stages of operations of the ITD.# Carries out risk assessment within the Quality Management section, uses consistent processes for identifyingpotential risk events, quantifying and documenting the probability of occurrence and the impact on the RTAand coordinates the development of countermeasures and contingency plans.# Plans, directs, and coordinates activities to manage and implement technology quality assurance for programsand projects & contributes in performance of the projects and systems through the Internal Incidentmanagement and Internal Quality assessment so that the same can be reviewed for possible improvement ofthe system and projects# Monitor IT Systems/ Projects Handover to ensure a smooth transition for Projects from SolutionsDevelopment to Solutions Support within ITD. This includes compliance with RTA Standards & Frameworkssuch as AGF & TQA amongst other requirements of quality and adherence to the standard Handovercompletion SLA.# Managing of all technology testing activities for technology units, defines acceptance criteria for technologysystems transition and manages resources to ensure that the technology testing operates effectively# Develops an annual budget and forecasts projection, monitor implementation, evaluate and recommendspecific adjustments during the implementation for the project needs# Planning and Conducting Internal Quality Assessments for ITD Projects & Applications and recommendimprovements to the systems being assessed in items such as Usability, Arabic Interface testing, MultiBrowser, Multi Device Testing where applicable and items deferred during previous UATs & ITQC Quality Tests.# Perform other responsibilities associated with the position as appropriate.# Manage the coordination with all agencies and sectors to increase awareness about successful implementationof projects and systems in ITD as per the stated guidelines and requirement of TSG QA standards# Maintains an in-depth knowledge of technology quality standards and practices and provides expert adviceregarding their application and manages the provision of specialists, and consultancy services on mattersrelated to as per the stated guidelines and requirement of standards of RTA standards compliance andtechnology quality testing# Preparing Report on the performance of the Projects and systems and highlighting any need forimprovements, promoting awareness through Internal Quality Assessment and QC.# Complies with RTA technology governance standards, policies, and procedures by conducting Internal Qualityassessment and test including form, and reviewing the TSG quality assessment reports, monitor all thecorrective and preventive actions along with the possible control of non-conformance for the Projects andsystems being provided by ITD.# Contributes in performance of the projects and systems through the Internal Incident management andInternal Quality assessment so that the same can be reviewed for possible improvement of the system andprojectsEducation# Bachelor?s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering from a recognizeduniversity.Skills# Goal-driven leader who maintains a productive climate and confidently motivates, mobilizes, and coachesemployees to meet high performance standards.# Results-driven achiever with exemplary planning and organizational skills, along with a high degree of detailorientation.# Flexible team player who thrives in environments requiring ability to effectively prioritize and juggle multipleconcurrent projects.# Innovative problem-solver who can generate workable solutions and resolve complaints.# Exceptional listener and communicator who effectively conveys information verbally and in writing.# 7 years of experience# Resourceful team player who excels at building trusting relationships with customers and colleagues.# Highly analytical thinking with demonstrated talent for identifying, scrutinizing, improving, and streamliningcomplex work processes.# Computer-literate performer with extensive software proficiency covering wide variety of applications
