The HR Manager role covers the Middle East Region and reports to the HR Director for the region. The selected candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives including Talent Acquisition, Employee Assessment, Development, Employee Engagement, Diversity and Inclusion, and Office Administration. They will also assist line managers assess people issues and develop appropriate short-term and long-term solutions. The individual will be responsible for leveraging resources from the global and wider regional HR teams. They will also have a team of HR operations members reporting to them across the Middle East region.ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition:* Responsible for recruitment and selection of high caliber candidates for available opportunities.* Partner with the line managers to determine sourcing and provide appropriate candidate pool for interview process.* Build relationships with local hiring vendors (if any).* Manage approval process and execute new hire process to ensure smooth transition for new employee.* Formalize on-boarding process for new hires.Performance Management and Succession Management Process:* Drive talent/succession review process to match existing capabilities with skills required for success.* Manage and promote usage of Performance Management to drive business objectives and inform talent review process.* Manage performance gaps towards a positive resolution balancing business needs, positive employee relations and legal requirements.* Assist in developing individual plan to build skills and develop leaders.Employee Engagement and Talent Retention:* Monitor levels of employee engagement to assess areas for improvement and develop strategies and action plans to improve these levels.* Work with line managers to continuously engage talents and implement retention strategies developed.Employee Relations:* Jointly resolve people issues with line managers, upholding integrity, confidentiality, impartiality and professionalism at all times.* Analyze trends and make recommendations that will enhance the Company?s culture.HR processes and initiatives:* Review HR policies, processes and procedures and continuously make improvements to them.* Ensure their relevance supports the Company?s, HR?s and the local regulatory requirements in all countries.* Participate in HR initiatives that align to the business strategy and support the achievement of the organization?s business objectives.Business Partnering:* Work with the management team, build and foster a culture of employee engagement and integrity to reinforce the organization?s business strategies and culture for continuous growth and improvement.* Provide coaching to mid-level managers.Office Management:* Attend to office management related tasks such as overseeing the office management spend, vendor management process, monitoring office safety and cleanliness, etc...* Manage a team of HR operations in UAE and LebanonQualifications* Bachelors degree in Human Resources / Org Behavior / Psychology / or equivalent experience; a Masters degree is a plus* Preferably 5+ years experience in Human Resources as an HR Generalist with a cross functional experience.
