Qualification:Bachelor?s degree in Finance or equivalentPost Graduate in Management (Finance) or Chartered Accountant/ACCA/CPA/CFA or equivalentBackground:Professional experience in credit control, with at least 6-8 years as Head/senior role in risk management team of large corporates/credit insurance/rating agencies/banksExposure to controlling credit for a larger number of B2B and B2C (retail) customers, preferably in GCCWell versed with credit insurance, LC and CAD concepts and operationsExperience:10 -15 years in Finance/Account Receivable/Credit RiskKey Responsibilities:Lead the Group?s credit risk management role in applicable local/export markets.Ensure strict compliance with Group?s credit policy and DOA; periodically review and recommend improvement thereto.Develop strategies to reduce overall unsecured credit exposure through optimum balance of cost and risk.Continuously monitor credit exposure of major customers after evaluating customer/country risk profile; maintain updated credit information. Take corrective action when necessary.Develop recovery strategy for overdue receivable. Pursue recovery cases with credit insurers/Legal.Ensure regular review of customer-wise outstanding with salesmen/supervisors for retail customers.Ensure periodic balance confirmation, statement of account reconciliation and proper verification/accounting of customer claims/deductions.Build a centralised credit control team. Ensure that the team functions effectively and efficiently.Help design, develop & implement standardised and efficient L3/L4 processes, reports, dashboards and SOPs.Drive achievement of Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and SLAs to ensure timely and accurate delivery to BUsAverage Age:35-40 years
