Job Description

Dubai Holding Entertainmentcurrently has an exciting career opportunity within our Assets at Roxy Cinema. We are looking to hire a Manager - F&B to oversee Cinema F&B Operations through providing leadership to direct reports ensuring that service steps & standards are constantly maintained to deliver an exceptional guest experience.Key Accountabilities (Includes, but not limited to the following):

  • Oversee Cinema F&B Operations through providing leadership to direct reports ensuring that service steps & standards are constantly maintained to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
  • To represent & promote Roxy Cinemas in a positive manner to maintain a professional brand image.
  • Liaise with Operations Manager to develop cinema processes and appropriate training calendar and staff development plans
  • Liaise with Executive Chef to further develop F&B menus and provide guidance with any food safety issues.
  • To develop new concepts or ideas to drive F&B revenue within the cinemas
  • Implement proper inventory control measures to drive F&B profitability
  • Conduct regular inspections in the cinema to monitor maintenance standards.
  • Liaise with marketing department to ensure all guest feedback is communicated with action plans created and marketing initiatives are delivered on a consistent basis.
  • Provides support and participate with cinema advertising and promotional events as required
  • Completes any other tasks as required by Management.
  • Review Cinema Rosters ensuring fair and balanced shift schedule appropriate the business needs.
  • To listen actively to our guest feedback, requests, and concerns to act in an ethical, effective, and timely manner to exceed expectations.
  • To provide guidance and support all events and in the preparations of the facility space for special functions, themed evenings, and private screenings.
  • Ensure that all cinemas are 100% complaint with Dubai Municipality Health & Safety standards
  • Provide support and guidance to the wider business
