KEY RESULTS ACCOUNTABILITIES# Perform other responsibilities associated with the position as appropriate.# Rolling a significant role in leading Technology Governance processes such as the Corporate ArchitectureReview Team to ensure that selected technologies and designs are align with the RTA plans and EA standards# Leads supplier selection, RfP tendering, and procurement of Enterprise Architecture consultancy engagements.Oversees and measures the fulfilment of suppliers? contractual obligations during development stages. Useskey performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor and challenge supplier performance and identify opportunitiesfor improvement# Maintains a catalogue of Enterprise Architecture services and ensures that service delivery meets agreedservice levels. Diagnoses service delivery problems and initiates actions to maintain or improve levels of service# Carries out risk assessment within the technology enterprise architecture, uses consistent processes foridentifying potential risk events, quantifying and documenting the probability of occurrence and the impact onthe RTA and coordinates the development of countermeasures and contingency plans# Develops plans for review of technology systems and the use of standards and the effectiveness of technologyprocess controls and recommends improvements# Maintains an in-depth knowledge of strategy, enterprise architecture, and project management standards andpractices, and provides expert advice regarding their application. Supervise strategy, enterprise architecture,and project governance specialists, analysts and consultancy services.# Responsible for developing RTA enterprise architecture vision in coordination with all technology departmentsin RTA, in line of RTA Digital Strategy and governmental directions# Manages creation and review procedure of enterprise architecture baseline and target to meet RTA strategicdirections. In addition to improve development process of the enterprise architecture on RTA level to ensurestrategic alignment specially during technology change to best suite technology governance and enterprisearchitecture best practices# To ensure maintaining RTA technology governance principles and standards in order to enhance the benefitsneeded from these standards.# Responsible for establishing and developing enterprise architecture repository for RTA systems andapplications in coordination with agencies and sectors# Supports the development of digital strategy which support RTA business and provide solution that meetdigital strategy targets within acceptable cost and time, and in a way to support reflecting RTA digital directionto clear technology roadmap which positive impact# Manage Technology Innovation through future foresight and identify the potential technologies that can beimplemented in RTA# Improve the interface between the business and Technology through Conducting analysis of demand forservices and influences stakeholders to ensure that the necessary investments are made to deliver requiredservices# Determines policy on discovery, analysis and documentation of requirements and Manages developingbusiness cases and ensures compliance between business strategies, enterprise transformation activities andtechnology directions, and works with Architects and to collect and or develop high-level solution approach(s),develop technology cost estimates, refine business case when necessaryEducation# Bachelor?s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering or ElectricalEngineering from a recognized university.Skills# Results-driven achiever with exemplary planning and organizational skills, along with a high degree of detailorientation.# Flexible team player who thrives in environments requiring ability to effectively prioritize and juggle multipleconcurrent projects.# Innovative problem-solver who can generate workable solutions and resolve complaints.# Ability to initiate and direct strategy and enterprise architecture initiatives and roadmaps in support ofstrategic and operational goals# Highly analytical thinking with demonstrated talent for identifying, scrutinizing, improving, and streamliningcomplex work processes.# Knowledge in strategy practices such as Balance Score Card (BSC), PESTEL, SWOT, enterprise architecturestandards such as TOGAF, and Project / Portfolio management practices# Minimum 7 years of experience as a senior enterprise architecture, or key role in an enterprise architecturefunction# Goal-driven leader who maintains a productive climate and confidently motivates, mobilizes, and coaches?employees to meet high performance standards# Excellent enterprise architecture, strategy and project governance skills to develop and direct consultants andenterprise architects# Exceptional listener and communicator who effectively conveys information verbally and in writing.# Resourceful team player who excels at building trusting relationships with customers and colleagues.# Computer-literate performer with extensive software proficiency covering wide variety of applications.
