As a Manager Data Analytics & Governance, you will be embedding appropriate cutting-edge data science strategy and techniques into business processes to facilitate decision making and to generate actionable insights. Design and maintain a data-first approach in the organization where utilization of information is maximized, and significant efficiencies generated. To implement and maintain a cutting-edge data architecture and storage model for enhanced information utilization. To ensure data mapping and appropriate purchase attribution in different commercial channels/programs Your day to day. Create data analytics approach for ME region by performing data tagging/statistical analysis, data mapping from various data sources & link to create insights that can be used for commercial activity improvement. Develop data and business reporting strategy per market across the ME.. Extending companys data with third party sources of information when needed and enhancing data collection procedures to include information that is relevant for building analytic systems. Processing, cleansing, and verifying the integrity of data used for analysis together with selecting features, building, and optimizing data models with machine learning techniques.. Align with business stakeholders on the business needs, decide on the appropriate KPIs to track the performance, present the project status and results in a business-friendly way. Ensure full data visibility and references to relevant benchmarks (OB/RF/OGSM). Work hand in hand with IT & other related parties to deploy the models into prod. environments and maintain the up & running models.. Ensure data integration with Power BI to reflect channel/programs/promotions performance and to track their KPIs. In addition to that, integrate all external data points i.e. digital, research, LSP, NPS,etc. within Power BI to have a holistic commercial approach on performance. Lead the development of a cutting-edge data architecture merging descriptive to behavioural and structured to unstructured data sources.Who were looking for. You have University degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, MIS or other related quantitative fields. Masters degree would be a plus . You have minimum 5 years of professional working experience with at least 2-3 years in Data Science with proven record.. You have strong exploratory data analysis & visualization, applied statistics (hypothesis testing, causal inference, experimental design) and feature engineering skills. Hands on experience in data preparation pipelines, preferably predictive data modelling with machine learning techniques. Proficiency in using SQL & experience with NoSQL databases and Power BI and Looker Studio for data visualization. Knowledge of Snowflake would be an asset. Strong business understanding and judgement. Superb communication and data storytelling skills to both technical/ non-technical audience.
