Department Description: Group Retail Credit is the Credit Policy unit for Retail Lending covering Personal Loans Auto Loans Credit Cards Mortgages and Overdrafts Assessment of credit risk policy formulation related to retail lending considering the Risk Rewards dynamics is under the units purview The role is within Group Retail Credit under Group Risk ManagementBrief Description: The proposed job role will cater to areas of Project Management knowledge of credit systems and workflow management on the DMS system in domains of retail lending and CollectionsDetailed Description: The prime responsibility of Credit Systems DMSManager is To liaise with IT Project Management IT departments of EDW Finnone projects Group Risk Management Retail Lending Business and External Vendors to manage endtoend implementation of the newly procured Decision ManagementDM SystemJob Requirements: The prime responsibility of Credit Systems DMSManager is To liaise with IT Project Management IT departments of EDW Finnone projects Group Risk Management Retail Lending Business and External Vendors to manage endtoend implementation of the newly procured Decision ManagementDM System Specifically this would entail? RepresentGroup Retail Credit team in the core working group of the DM implementation project? Brainstorm discuss and finalize any solution approach through DM System? To fulfill any IT andor vendor requirements fromGroup Retail Credit team for eg BRD and FSD sign offs data definitions field validations technology processes automated workflows conceptualization etc ? To manage with the vendor of DMS Development of Design and solution aspects with regards to various customer boarding channels like Finnone Banknet etc Primary changes will be Finnone related with aspects of information exchange with DMS Rules and decision configuration within DMS flow of decisions back to Finnone? To manage with the Finnone vendor Business Requirement Document preparation and conceptualization of application flows with DMS decisioning and referral scenarios ? To interact with IT partners EDW for data collation Finnone projects team for finalization of requirements and technical design RCC and GRC for workflow stream lining and process revamp with DMS enabled decisionsAdditional Details: Bachelors Degree in IT Computer Science Engineering MathematicsHand on experience with Decision Management Systems in BFSI Organizations IT Project Management Prior experience of DM system implementation in another organization is highly preferredDecision Management Systems SAS Programming VBA SQLExcellent verbal and written communication abilities including presentations to all levels of the organization Ability to articulate ideas and develop recommendationsPresentation skills sales skillsQualificationsAS Mentioned in the JD
