The ideal candidate is passionate about esports, has a proven track record in sales and sponsorships, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities?Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities, partnerships, and sponsorships within the gaming and esports ecosystem.?Develop and execute strategic sales initiatives to drive revenue and brand growth.?Build and maintain strong relationships with sponsors, advertisers, and key industry stakeholders.?Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling sponsorship packages and marketing proposals.?Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends.?Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize partnership value.?Meet and exceed sales targets, revenue goals, and business development KPIs.?Track, measure, and report on business development performance, including revenue growth, sponsorship deals closed, and partnership engagement.
