Our clientele comprises wholesalers of pre-owned devices, e-tailers, retailers, .Role Overview:As the Manager of Business Development, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base and driving business growth across various segments within the smart device industry. You will be responsible for forging and nurturing relationships with wholesalers of pre-owned devices, e-tailers, retailers, and companies seeking device sales and leasing solutions.Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesalers, e-tailers, retailers, and companies, understanding their unique needs and providing tailored solutions for Repair and Warranty Services .
  • Business Expansion: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the smart device market, exploring untapped segments and initiating partnerships to broaden our client base.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets, including market analysis, identifying key trends, and adapting business strategies accordingly.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless execution of device repair, refurbishment, and packaging services, aligning with client expectations and timelines.
  • Negotiation and Contracts: Negotiate terms and contracts with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that uphold company standards and profitability.
