Our mission is to ensure that our clients have the best safety solutions to protect their employees and assets.As a Manager at Our Client , you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the companys oil and gas pump services division. You will work closely with the senior management team to ensure that the companys goals and objectives are met.Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure the smooth running of the oil and gas pump services division.
  • Manage and monitor the performance of the divisions staff, including conducting performance reviews, training and development programs, and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Ensure that the divisions financial objectives are met by monitoring and controlling budgets, expenses, and revenues.
  • Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to grow the divisions customer base and increase revenue.
  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities and partnerships to expand the divisions reach and influence in the market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders in the oil and gas industry.
  • Ensure that the division complies with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards related to the oil and gas industry.
