  • Bachelor?s degree from a top-tier university?with consistent outstanding academic record;?Advanced degree or MBA is preferred.
  • Relevant?work experience with one of the top management consulting firms (1 -3 Year for Consultant and 3-5 years for Senior Consultant Position).
  • Commercial awareness and understanding of the business environment, ability to think?holistically?and?create an impact?and value add?in every assignment.
  • Evidence of innovative?problem-solving?skills?in a work setting and/or through extracurricular activities
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the region and internationally.
  • Middle east experience.
  • Excellent oral and writing communication skills in English. Arabic is a plus.
Consultants? Main responsibilities and activities include:
  • Conduct research on project related?data, collect all relevant data from different sources and perform data analysis independently.
  • Provide support to project managers in the development of project plans and workshops (preparation & execution), as well as conducting project related stakeholder interviews?and liaising with client staff.
  • Prepare reports and presentations under the supervision of the project manager.
  • Develop project plans, conduct analysis of client?s business effectively, prepare workshops and structured interviews, and liaise with client staff.
  • Develop specific work products and lead specific initiatives / sub-projects.
  • Act as a subject matter expert and become a trusted advisor to the client.
  • Build and cultivate successful client relationships with peer members.
  • Assist in developing proposals for submission to prospective clients, prepare selected parts independently.
  • Provide support as required to the administration of the management consulting practice (e.g.?work on internal projects, support implementing IT tools for administrative support)
