? Compile and analyze financial information to prepare financial statements and to highlight required adjustment entries to financial department. ? Ensure financial records are maintained in compliance with internal policies and procedures? Make certain all financial reporting deadlines are met? Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close processes? Preparing weekly, monthly & quarterly management reports with commentaries? Controlling and forecasting income and expenditure? Preparing budgets & pro-forma financial statements.? Liaising with managerial staff and other colleagues? Monitor the implementation and maintenance of accounting control procedures? Resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities? Oversee accurate and appropriate recording of revenues and expenses? Ensure compliance with the group internal policies and integrity of financial data? Establish, maintain, and coordinate the implementation of accounting and accounting control procedures.? Monitor and review accounting and related ERP system reports for accuracy and completeness. Revenue, expense, payroll entries, invoices, and other accounting documents.? Resolve accounting discrepancies.? Anticipate developing and maintaining financial data bases, computer software systems and manual filing systems.? Supervise and assist in producing the financial statements? Optimize tasks accomplishment methods ? time management? Conduct training for accounting new staff. If any?? Assist with establishing, documenting, and monitoring internal controls;? Assist external and internal auditors during audit in the coordination of interim and annual audit activities of external auditors.? Prepare year-end working papers package? Assist with the preparation of year-end financial statements ? Assist with the preparation of the annual budget and financial plan? Assist with the regulatory reporting process and ensure that such reporting meets all applicable deadlines;? Keep a track of the shared and the indirect costs of the BU.? Monitor the revenues trends and expenses of the company.? Performs other duties as required.
