Manage all leasing activities for the mall including attracting new tenants, vetting prospective clients, rental negotiations, the development of attractive leasing packages; setting out leasing targets with a relevant time frames maximizing the asset value of the property in addition to marketing and promotions activities Manage Mall team to oversee daily operations, including; maintenance, security and cleaning, mall administration and customer service Coordinate and cooperate with owner?s maintenance company for preparing and managing capital expenditure for the mall as per the approved budget. Ensure all operating policies and procedures are dully followed by the tenants, services providers, contractors...etc. including; occupational health and safety standards Set up the yearly Property & Facility Operations, Strategies and Budgets for the assigned property to be approved by higher management, ensuring the business functioning within the budget cost and above targeted revenues Manage profitability and reduce operating cost Manage tenant?s relations through periodic meetings, receive complaints, suggestions and other improvement ideas whereas; to be updated with the management for necessary actions Handle conflicts/disputes amongst tenant, customers and mall visitors in a smooth manner avoiding disruption to mall activities. Perform periodic annual review of retailers? performance, recommend appropriate tenant mix/use for annual planning and implementation Perform periodic mall customer surveys and discuss it with management Ensure professional development for mall team delivering high performance Implementing procedures related to any crisis and emergency in conjunction with Civil Defence & Police ensuring safety environment for all tenants, visitors, and contractors. Ensure overall safety and pleasant shopping environment for customers and thriving business ambiance for retail tenants Requirements A degree in Business Administration - Marketing and MECSC/ICSC mall management qualification Minimum 5 to 6 years experience in managing malls Strong organizational and Prioritization skills - attention to detail. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
