Description:1. Proactive, Presentable Motivated, Team player, observant and with initiative while performing duties2. Manage and maintain the terminal and oil jetty to meet the quality and safety standards as set down by the clients terminal operating policies and procedures.3. Responsible for the operation of all incoming boat club schedule and refueling schedules 4. Supervises vessel planning activities prior to the boat arrival to Jetty5. Ensures departures and arrivals is performed accurately and timely 6. Works closely with DMYC and reports any damages major or minor issues and arrange for fixing7. Ensures that good safety standards are maintained for all operations at Jetty8. Responsible to assist Marina Manager on operations audits and other task 9. Coordinates and assist operations for any last-minute upgrades and bookings10. Ability to handle staff request, complain and liaise with operations and suggest for resolution 11. Assist Captain & Crew s request for cleaning materials 12. In Charge of the grooming standards of Captain and Crew and reports to OPS13. Looks after the entire jetty which includes the yachts, houseboats 14. Relays staff Request for DO, PH, and change holiday to front office 15. Assist boats arrival with issues Drunk, complain, emergency cases 16. Checks all the yachts with or without trip making sure clean and tidy and ready for viewing and last-minute bookings 17. Making sure that barbecue grill on board is working properly, provision of cable spare parts if needs replacement 18. Responsible for Bed linens for all boats, coordinates with Laundry and Inventory 19. Assist the Operations Coordinator for any requirements20. Coordinates with the whole Operations Team by having smooth communications through Radios or Phone21. Perform related and non-related duties and responsibilities as assigned22. Assist Alcohol arrangements and decorations coordinates with OPS23. Assist Captain in preparation of CG- DMCA inspections and arrange necessary equipments and request 24. Monitors staff on diving schedule and ensure that equipments are kept back to storage
