Important group of restaurants, with expansion in Dubai, requests Maintenance Technician for kitchen equipment:Duties and responsibilities:? Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of the different kitchen equipment such as extraction hoods, fryers, refrigerators, freezers, dishwashers, ovens, mixers and vacuum packers, among others.? Manage specialized maintenance with external providers.? Manage the budgets established for equipment maintenance.? Carry out regular tours of the different facilities for the timely detection and repair of faults.
