Description:Providing emergency/unscheduled repairs of Fire Alarm, CBS and ELV Systems, and performing PPM scheduled maintenance repairs of Fire Alarm, CBS and ELV Systems, during equipment service.Engaging in open communication with the Maintenance supervisor and Projects Engineer and reporting any issues which could affect the project plan.Organizing and coordinating the daily activities and share all the information with Maintenance supervisor. Performing simple Electrical duties and responsibilities. Diagnosing problems, replacing or repairing parts, testing and making adjustments. Issue daily, weekly, and work progress reports.Detecting faulty operations, defective material and report those and any unusual situations to proper supervision. Surveying buildings and repair Fire Alarm, CBS and ELV Systems. Inspecting fire protection systems and scheduling repairs when needed Complying with safety regulations and maintaining clean and orderly work areas.
