With the help of proprietary software, are on repeat visits, as they stand to earn various achievements, points and higher akin to a video game, except this real life.Position SummaryWe are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team at Xstrike, Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in maintenance, preferably in an Entertainment/Leisure based industry. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on various equipment and systems. You will work closely with the maintenance team to ensure that all equipment is functioning properly and efficiently.Responsibilities:

  1. Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and systems
  2. Conduct regular inspections to identify any potential issues or malfunctions
  3. Troubleshoot and diagnose problems to determine the best course of action
  4. Repair or replace defective parts or components
  5. Ensure all work is performed in accordance with safety regulations and procedures
  6. Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities
  7. Coordinate with other team members to prioritize and schedule maintenance tasks
  8. Assist in the installation and setup of new equipment
  9. Provide training and support to other team members as needed
  10. .Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and technological developments
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in maintenance, preferably in a similar industry
  2. High school diploma; Degree from a vocational school will be a plus
  3. Professional Certifications (e.g. CMRP or HVAC certified) are preferred
  4. Strong technical and mechanical aptitude
  5. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  7. Good communication and interpersonal skills
  8. Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
  9. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  10. Flexibility to work shift hours,weekends and public holidays as needed
