Maintenance TechnicianM&S · Dubai, Dubai Minimum ExperienceExperiencedJob Purpose: Ecocoast is looking for experienced Maintenance Technician who will be in charge of maintenance of machines on the yard and onsite, vehicles, boats, beach cleaning machines, tractor etc. The role will provide preventive and corrective maintenance activities and provide training to the operators to ensure compliance relating to proper use and preventive maintenance. Responsibilities: - Prepares, conducts & leads the preventive and corrective maintenance of all machines and equipment. - Conduct minor to major repairs on equipment, vehicles and ensure that equipment is returned to service as soon as possible, while ensuring all safety precautions are taken. - Read and understand technical manuals for equipment operations and maintenances. - Diagnose, troubleshoot basic machinery problems and request service or repairs as needed. - Maintain service proactively without any escalation. - Routine maintenance of vehicles and equipment, inspect and replace parts as needed. - Maintain inventory control of equipment tools and parts. - Complete maintenance report and report damaged or faulty equipment to management. - Interpret and describe the functionality of machines and provide training to the operators educating proper use and preventive maintenance of machines. - Perform all the activities, under the Quality and Safety standards that the Company demands. - Develop cost reduction initiatives by effective utilization of materials and resources. - Meet or exceed consistent daily and weekly output and quality goals. Experience & Qualifications: · 2-3 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician, preferably with industrial equipment and machines, beach cleaning machines, tractors, boats etc. · In-depth knowledge of equipment and mechanical systems. · Presently in the UAE and ready to join immediately is a plus. · UAE driving License is a must. · Good English communication skills.
