Maintenance SupervisorJob Location : Dubai, United Arab EmiratesResponsibilities :•Experience in preventative maintenance, critical parts maintenance, and local repairs.•Implementing GMP and 5 S, ISO 22000, HACCP, and HSE audit records.•Manage the planning and scheduling of the maintenance work using the work order system•Consult with production personnel to determine equipment operating and maintenance needs•Ensure efficient maintenance and up keeping of all factory buildings, grounds, service and production equipment•Administer the parts room for adherence to company policies and ensure availability of necessary parts, elimination of obsolete material, adjustment and optimization of stocking levels•Institute an effective preventive maintenance and spare parts management program to ensure efficient production operation within cost targets•Develop the proper control procedures for maintenance, such as work orders, work schedules, equipment listing, machinery
