Plan & schedule planned and unplanned machinery down time through c-work
Responsible for diagnosing breakdown problems & resolving the same.
Direct instruct & supervise maintenance foreman, technician, Fitters and helpers.
Ensuring the proper functioning of firefighting and alarming system.
Stop the unsafe works.
Ensure the housekeeping in their responsible area- maintain 5S.
Plan and execute the trainings for the safe work procedure.
Be a part of the toolbox talk and other safety meetings.
Identifying the risks, aspect, risk assessment and placing an appropriate control measure.
Maintain the record of PPE, firefighting equipment?s.
Monitor and review the QHSE performance of the subordinates.
Actively comply hygiene requirement & report all the incidents, near miss & accident
Responsible for creating request for all the spares through SAP
Responsible for controlling maintenance tools ,spares & equipment
Responsible for monitoring & controlling maintenance spare inventory& maintenance costs
