Job Description

JOB PURPOSE: Develop & implement technical solutions for process improvement and different engineering projects for procurement and manufacturing.Financial Dimensions:˙˙˙

  • N/A for this role
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES˙Output 3D model and CAD drafts/ manufacturing drawings.
  • Design new machinery and concepts.
  • Design Machinery Upgrades.
  • Design Machine Parts.
  • Communicate with suppliers and customers.
  • Provide Technical Support to requestor.
˙Equipment transfers & Modifications.
  • Ensure a smooth and supported equipment transition to FPI. other manufacturing companies.
  • Prepare the necessary documentation for equipment transition.
  • Handle Equipment Inquiries.
  • Design and improve machines and machine parts.
  • Supervise the upgrading and building of new equipment and systems.
Training and reporting
  • Provide the necessary training, and support for assigned projects.
  • Verify & Commission outside manufactured components.
  • Prepare operating / troubleshooting manuals for new projects.
HSE
  • Comply with relevant safety, quality and environmental control procedures and instructions.
  • Use personal protective equipment and safety gear when performing assigned tasks.
  • Keep operational areas clean and well organized to prevent incidents and accidents.
  • Maintain assigned tools, equipment and machinery in good working order.
SPAN OF COMMUNICATION
  • Internal: Technology, Maintenance, Production, QC/QA.
  • External: Suppliers (Local & Overseas), Other manufacturing units
