Job Description

eMagine Solutions is recruiting on behalf of a leading banking institution in Dubai seeking a skilled Machine Learning Engineer to join their advanced data and AI team. This role offers the opportunity to drive innovation in banking services, leveraging machine learning models to enhance operational efficiency and customer experiences.Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deploy machine learning models to optimize banking processes such as fraud detection, risk assessment, and customer insights.
  • Work alongside data scientists, engineers, and business units to integrate AI-driven solutions into core banking platforms.
  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for predictive modeling.
  • Monitor and improve model performance, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with banking regulations.
  • Collaborate on the digital transformation agenda, embedding AI solutions into digital banking products.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Machine Learning Engineer, Data Scientist, or similar role within financial services, technology, or a data-driven environment.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, R, or Java, with proficiency in machine learning libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, Scikit-Learn, PyTorch).
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and distributed computing.
  • Solid understanding of statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and data mining.
  • Experience working within agile teams and delivering solutions in a fast-paced environment.
