Job Description

Position Overview:The Shop Manager will be responsible for overall Sales performance of their Branded You must be independent and assertive, as daily decision-making is essential. You will need to develop plans that support line of service and brand objectives.Responsibilities and Functions:

  1. Your primary responsibility will be to meet Brand and Location sales targets.
  2. You will be responsible for training and development of your sales team, to ensure they are at a sufficient level to be able to help you deliver your sales and operational goals.
  3. Monitoring and scheduling of sales team, ensuring optimal coverage, i.e. the right person should be at the right location at the right time.
  4. Managing visual merchandising at locations and ensuring optimal inventory level is maintained at all times.
  5. To monitor POS System and make sure no issues arise
  6. Handling and resolving onsite customer inquiries and issues, and ensuring that sales team adheres to high standards for customer satisfaction as set by the Mall Management.
  7. To help achieve Client loyalty and repeat visitation
