Job Description

Position Overview:The Sales Associate will be a part of fast-paced store providing excellent services experience to all customers. You will ensure customer satisfaction by providing exceptional customer service through strong product knowledge and utilization of proven sales techniques.You will be committed to maximizing sales to the best of your ability, and??being accountable towards store operations and merchandising responsibilities.?Responsibilities and Functions:

  • Understands the product and the Sales techniques of OROGOLD/Other Brand
  • Is well trained on the Brand selling technique and cosmetics in general
  • Operates the POS system, processing customer transactions proficiently.
  • Assists with the order of incoming merchandise, and placing it in the shop.
  • Keeping the work environment neat and clean.
  • Communicating with managers regarding customer concerns.
  • Providing honest and positive feedback to customers regarding the best products that fit the customers? expectations.
  • Abides by and adheres to all applicable company policies and procedures
