Logistics SupervisorJob Location : Dubai, United Arab EmiratesResponsibilities :•Plan and coordinate all logistics activities, including movement of company vehicles ( Staff & workers Transportation), receiving, inventory management, and transportation of finished goods and raw materials•Ensure that all products are delivered to customers on time and in good condition•Manage the warehouse team and ensure that all warehouse operations are efficient and effective•Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure that inventory levels are appropriate•Work closely with other departments, including production and sales, to ensure that all logistics activities are aligned with business objectives•Develop and implement logistics policies and procedures to improve efficiency and reduce costs•Monitor logistics performance and identify opportunities for improvement•Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and company policies•Prepare and present logistics reports to senior managementRequirements :•Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Logistics Supervisor in the Joinery Industry•Strong knowledge of logistics processes, receiving, and inventory management•Experience in managing a team of employees in a warehouse or logistics environment•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills•Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously•Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills•Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records•Familiarity with logistics software and systems
