Position PurposeEffective coordination of assigned international and domestic shipments with a high level of customer and communication.?Responsibilities / Duties / Functions TasksCoordinating Air, Sea, and land operations for import / Export.?Track projects KPIs closely.Streamline shipping and transportation processes.?Daily planning and scheduling of all assigned shipments through effective communication with shipper and consignee.?Understand customer requirements and ensure consistent operations and customer service level .?Daily review of active job details and related quote in order to identify opportunities for extra revenue and additional pass through costs thereby increase overall profitability.?Prepare accurate daily reports for management.?Minimize operational costs, optimize efficiency, increase operations profitability.?
