Logistics Operation ExecutiveAjaz Express Sea Cargo L.L.C. is looking for an Operation Executive who is capable of managing assigned import & export operations.Responsibilities:Export follow up of confirmed air & sea shipments with overseas agents.Verify shipping documents are as per Saudi customs regulations.Ensure shipment movements as per ETD.Update customers/sales teams on movement of shipments.Ensure final pre-alert documents are received prior to shipment ETA.Notify broker/transporter for custom clearance & delivery.Coordinate with Accounts dept. for all related invoice payments (Agent invoices, Delivery order invoices, Port Invoices & so on).Ensuring customer relationship.After successful delivery of shipments liaise with salesperson and invoice to customer.Maintain report & files with all relevant information.Education & Experience:Bachelor?s degree in business management/logistics/supply chain management is preferred.1-2 years of experience in logistics operations.
