Logistics and shipping managers organise is responsible - To support the trading operations- Managing cargo operations such as loadings, discharge, ST - Managing vessel operations handling time chartered and own vessels- Financial coordination supporting the team with invoicing, costs calculations- Coordination with traders and major suppliers on the term deliveries of products- Reviewing spot deal recaps of traders prior to finalizing deals (to mitigate operational risks)- Drafting the Contracts;- Vessel Operations such as checking CPs, vetting vessels, voyage/discharge orders, stowage plans, LOIs, freight payments;- Cargo Operations handling contractual nominations, Documentary instructions, inspections, etcDuties and responsibilities:Strategically plan and manage vessel operations, transportation and customer services.Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle.Excellent knowledge in documentation, delivery times and transport costs.Support the trading team with resources according to changing needs. Should have excellent communication skills in English and Russian to be considered for the role.
