Manage the overall daily logistics operations
Prepare the schedule of material delivery as per client requirements
Coordinate with warehouse team and drivers for material preparing and delivery
Processing and handling Sales Orders, Invoices and other docuements required by customers
Preparing Purchase Orders, contact and negotiating with suppliers, managing ordered material to be delivered on time
Preparing BOE documents for clearance office (Delivery Advice, invoice and Packing List) and documents necessary for export-import
Processing and negotiate freight/transport
Coordinate day to day activities with Sales team, suppliers, customers and third party companies
Preparing Purchase and Sales Summary and other reports
Maintain logs and records of warehouse stock making by warehouse team
