Our mission is to provide exceptional transportation services to our clients, ensuring safe, efficient, and timely travel.Job Summary: The Traffic Officer will be responsible for monitoring and coordinating the movement of our minibuses and coaches, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. This role involves constant communication with drivers, customers, and internal teams to manage inquiries, resolve issues, and mitigate delays. Strong English language skills are essential for this position.Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor Drivers and Vehicles:
  • Track the location and status of minibuses and coaches in real-time using our tracking systems.
  • Ensure drivers adhere to schedules and routes.
  • Communication:
  • Maintain regular communication with drivers to provide updates and receive status reports.
  • Liaise with customers to handle new inquiries and manage existing bookings.
  • Address customer concerns and provide timely updates on the status of their trips.
  • Issue Resolution:
  • Identify and resolve any issues that may arise during the transportation process.
  • Alert the appropriate team members or departments about delays or other significant issues to ensure swift resolution.
  • Reporting and Documentation:
  • Maintain accurate records of all communications and incidents.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on transportation activities and any incidents encountered.
Requirements:
  • Language Skills:
  • Strong proficiency in English (written and spoken) is required.
  • Experience:
  • Previous experience in a transportation, customer service, or related role is preferred.
